We handpick individuals who are passionate about working with children and dedicated to making every moment special. With backgrounds in education and child development, our team is ready to lead exciting activities, foster new friendships, and ensure a safe and supportive environment. From teaching new skills to sharing endless laughs, our staff go above and beyond to make Super Kids Camp feel like a true home away from home.

Hey! My name is Raymond and I am so excited to be your Camp Director! My love for camp started when I was a camper, and I've been dedicated to working with children ever since. I've had incredible experiences, from being a counselor-in-training at my church's summer camp and a lifeguard in Toronto, to working on a cruise ship and even developing after-school programs in Mumbai, India. I'm really looking forward to a summer filled with fun, learning, and new friendships with all of you!

Hi, I’m Emma and I can’t wait to be your camp counselor this summer! I’m so excited to get to know all of the campers and help make camp a fun, welcoming place for everyone. I love seeing campers try new things, make friends, and leave with amazing new memories! My favourite activities are singing, pickleball, trying new restaurants, and hanging out with my dog and cat. I’m super excited to meet everyone and to have an incredible summer!

Hey everyone! My name is Sam and I'm super excited to be one of your camp counselors this summer! This is my 3rd year at camp and I truly love seeing all the kids making so many memories. I am passionate about ensuring the kids have the best childhood I could ever ask for! My favourite activities are exploring the city, volleyball, playing the guitar, and making jewellery. Hi my name is Leela and I'm really excited to be a counsellor at SuperKids this summer! I'm a high school student and have worked as a camp counsellor in training, and I provide childcare for several families in my community. In my spare time, I'm a sprinter and long jumper and I love playing ultimate frisbee and playing the guitar. I'm looking forward to a summer of activities, games, learning and fun!

This is my 5th year working at camps and it’s always really special to me helping campers try out new things and make new friends. I am committed to making sure every camper feels seen, respected, and safe during their time at camp! My favorite activities are writing music, working out, canoeing, and hiking. Looking forward to meeting everyone and having a great time at camp!

At Super Kids, we believe that every child deserves a high-quality experience every time they walk through our doors. To ensure this, we have aligned our programming with the HIGH FIVE® Principles of Healthy Child Development (PHCD).Our team is trained to move beyond simple supervision; our staff members are experts in fostering an environment where children feel safe, seen, and supported. By adhering to these national standards, we intentionally design every activity to focus on five key pillars: Caring Leaders, Play, Mastery, Friends, and Participation. At Super Kids, we aren’t just playing—we’re building a foundation for healthy, happy development.
Join Our Team
Our commitment to providing a safe and enriching experience begins with our rigorous staff selection process. We maintain high standards, ensuring all staff undergo a Vulnerable Sector Screening and are certified in first aid. We actively seek individuals with a passion for working with children and youth, particularly those interested in education or pursuing careers in Early Childhood Education (ECE). To ensure they are fully prepared, all staff participate in a training prior to the first day of camp. Importantly, our team is comprised of experienced, paid adults; we do not utilize volunteers or teenage counselors, guaranteeing a professional and dedicated environment.
