Registration, Cancellation & Refund Policies
Registration & Payments

Deposit: Prior to April 1, 2026, a $200 deposit is required per week, per child, to secure a spot.

Balance: The remaining balance is due by April 1, 2026, via e-transfer to info@superkidscamp.ca.

Late Payments: If the balance is not received by the deadline, spots will be released after a 48-hour grace period and the deposit will be retained.
Parent-Initiated Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your enrollment while the camp is still scheduled to run, the following refund schedule applies:

30+ Days Notice: Full refund of all fees paid.

7 to 30 Days Notice: Refund minus a 50% registration fee.

Less than 7 Days Notice: No refunds or credits will be issued.
Attendance & Missed Days
Because registration is for the full camp session, we cannot offer proration, refunds, or credits for:

Missed days (due to illness, travel, or personal reasons).

Late registrations (joining after the session has started).
Cancellations by Super Kids Camp
In the event that Super Kids Camp cancels a program, all registrants will receive a full refund, including the administrative fee.
Discount Policies

Cumulative discounts will not be applied on future/separate purchases/invoices.

Early Bird: Get $25% off camp fees before February 28th, Use CODE: EARLY25

Referral: Sign up with a friend and both receive 5% off. Please email the office for details.

Sibling/Multi-week: You can receive a 5% discount on your camp week(s) by either:

Registering your child for 2 or more weeks.

Signing up more than one child for any number of weeks. Please email the office for details.
