Our Skills Clinics are designed for targeted improvement, offering a high-quality training experience:
• Skill-Focused: Each clinic centers on a specific sport and drills down into targeted skill development (e.g., 5 P's of Pickleball, Master Patience, Placement, Positioning, Poaching & Power).
• Small Group Sizes: We maintain low athlete-to-coach ratios to ensure every participant receives individual attention and maximum improvement.
• Flexible Format: Clinics are typically offered on weekends or select evenings, making them a perfect complement to regular weekly activities.
• All Skill Levels Welcome: Clinics are open to beginner, intermediate, and advanced athletes. Participants are grouped by age and skill to ensure a positive and productive experience for everyone.
Programs are structured by specific age categories to ensure activities are age-appropriate and fun. Within those groups, participants are further grouped by skill level (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) to ensure every child has a positive and productive experience. This guarantees focused instruction and balanced play.
Yes, you must bring your own racket for the Pickleball program.
Participants should wear comfortable, athletic clothing that allows for a full range of motion for both activities.
• For Pickleball: Non-marking athletic shoes are required (sneakers/running shoes).
• For Yoga: We recommend wearing layered clothing or bringing a light sweatshirt for the final relaxation period (Savasana).
Please ensure your child is dressed appropriately for physical activity!
