Hi Super Parents,
Our coaches have been busy prepping the equipment, setting up the pickleball nets, and finalizing some incredibly fun daily themes. Since we have many new families joining us this year, we also wanted to take a moment to introduce the mastermind behind the summer magic!
Meet the Director: Coach Raymond!
Ever wonder who is behind the structure and high energy at Super Kids Camp? Meet our Founder and Centre Director, Raymond Lam (Camp name: StingRay)!
Raymond brings decades of deep, diverse expertise in recreational management and youth program development. From implementing youth program operations on cruise ships to leading regional community initiatives, he has spent his career perfecting the art of building premium, highly structured environments where kids can thrive. Here is what he brings to our camp community:
Expert Program Development: Raymond is the mastermind behind our multi-stage athletic curriculums, standard-setting skill drills, and our official youth match-play pickleball league at James Culnan Catholic school.
Decades of Youth Management: His background spans global youth recreation administration, corporate analytics, and local community leadership, ensuring exceptionally organized and safe camp operations.
International ESL Education: He has successfully directed and overseen structured English language programs for ESL students, leveraging his experience as a Centre Director for Concorde International in Kent.
Certified Yoga Instructor: Trained in Rishikesh, India, he designs specialized, active Hatha yoga workshops focused purely on movement, physical literacy, and building lifelong healthy habits.
Safety First: Raymond is fully CPR/First Aid certified and comprehensively cleared through the police Vulnerable Sector Check.
