Service Description
Overview A supervised, shared park experience for kids and teens, with two chaperones and up to 10 participants per 5-hour session. We keep the day organized and moving smoothly so kids can have fun and parents can feel confident leaving them in our care. Please note that this program does not include water rides or water park access. Groups are separated by age and interest whenever possible. Drop-Off and Pick-Up Drop-off and pick-up will take place at the designated Wonderland drop-off and pick-up area at Norwood Ave and Jane St. Staff will be present in bright yellow shirts and will be patrolling the area to help guide families and ensure a safe, organized handoff. Admission Requirements Park admission tickets are not included. Each child must have a valid admission ticket or pass for entry, and tickets should be ready before arrival. If a child does not have a phone, a physical ticket must be provided. What to Bring Please pack a water bottle, sunscreen, and comfortable shoes. Outside food is not permitted inside the park. If your child has a meal pass, we will visit participating food outlets. Otherwise, please send money for food and snacks to purchase on-site. Group Placement and Lunch Policy Groups are separated by age and interest whenever possible to make sure everyone has a great time. Otherwise, please send money for food and snacks. Cash can be converted to a park card and used like debit, and we can help with that if needed.
Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy Public shared sessions may be cancelled for credit only with at least 48 hours’ notice. Clients are encouraged to reschedule their session directly through the booking system before the 48-hour deadline, and any issued credit may be applied toward a future public session, subject to availability. If Wonderland is open, public sessions will proceed as scheduled, rain or shine. If enrollment is too low to run a session safely and smoothly, we may cancel and offer a credit or rescheduling option, subject to availability. Terms of Service By registering for and attending the Wonderland Chaperone Service, I, the parent or legal guardian, acknowledge that participation is at the sole risk of the participant. I understand that the service provider, chaperones, and affiliated parties are not responsible for injury, illness, loss, theft, damage, delays, or other incidents that may occur during travel to, from, or within the park, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. I am responsible for ensuring my child is fit to participate, follows all park rules and staff instructions, and arrives properly prepared for the day. The service provider is not responsible for personal belongings, including tickets, phones, cash, or bags. I authorize the service provider to seek emergency medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached. I understand that conduct-related dismissal may result in removal from the program without refund or credit. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: After the applicable cancellation timeframe, and for late arrivals or no-shows, bookings are non-refundable and no credit will be issued. Late Pick-Up Fees: A 5-minute grace period is provided after the scheduled program end time. After that, a late fee of $1 per minute will apply, payable upon pick-up. By completing this booking, I agree to these terms.
